Qualifications Experience with Cost Control and Cost Management Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and Cost Planning Skills in generating accurate Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred,
