Job Role: Quantity Surveyor Experience: 2 to 7 years Location: Pune Job summary As a Quantity Surveyor in our organization, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects from initial calculations to final figures. You will seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality. Key Responsibilities Cost Planning and Management: Develop and maintain cost plans for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with financial objectives. Contract Administration: Administer and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and effective communication with stakeholders. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects. Tender Analysis: Evaluate and analyze tenders from contractors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to project costs and provide mitigation strategies. Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore Key Requirements Experience: 2-7 years of experience in quantity surveying within the real estate, data center, or industrial sectors. Education: Graduation in B.Arch with a specialization in Other Specialization, or a relevant degree. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and make informed decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders effectively.
