Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Andheri, Mumbai Company type: Premium Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for real estate projects. Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimations from drawings and specifications. Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and assist in procurement decisions. Monitor project costs, track expenses, and provide cost control measures. Prepare and review bills of quantities and contract documents. Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. Identify and analyze risks related to project costs and contractual obligations. Assist in dispute resolution and claims management. Ensure compliance with building regulations, legal requirements, and contract conditions. Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align financial and construction objectives. Generate reports and present cost analysis to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in real estate or construction projects. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong understanding of local construction regulations and building codes. Experience with residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and value engineering.,
