Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site work as per project schedule and approved drawings
Estimate quantities and raise timely material indents
Monitor manpower and material availability
Maintain quality & safety standards at site
Document checklists, pour cards, inspections, and bills
Track progress and report status regularly
Coordinate with architects, contractors & vendors
Who Should Apply
Civil Engineers with 28 years of site experience
Preferably from residential construction background
Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, quantity take-off & site documentation
Based in or willing to work from Mumbai
