Job Description
To develop and assist with the implementation of policies and procedures for the quality assurance and improvement function of Nursing Services as per NABH standards and other accrediting agencies and regulatory bodies. To act as a Liaison between Quality and Nursing department for improving function of Nursing Services, to assure improved compliance with all NABH and other accrediting agencies and regulatory bodies To Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care services provided To conducting audits and investigations to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risk To conduct training and educating staff on quality measures and compliance regulations To conduct incident investigations, including root cause, near miss and sentinel event To analyse and validate data collected from the units through various sources & use the findings and conclusions to influence the revision of the total patient care plan or program / processes in collaboration with other health disciplines To recommend, monitor & implement quality improvement projects within the clinical areas To preparing reports on quality management activities and results for healthcare management To participate in accreditation and certification processes Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare quality management,
