Job Title: Quality Manager Hospital Department: Quality & Medical Administration Location: Medpark Hospital, Mohali Experience: 410 Years in Quality Assurance in Hospitals Qualification: MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) / MBA in Healthcare Management Job Type: Full-Time Age Group: 2845 years Salary: - 40000 - 60000 Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead hospital quality initiatives, maintain NABH accreditation standards, and oversee compliance with medical administration protocols. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare quality management systems and hospital accreditation processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage hospital-wide NABH 3rd addition accreditation and reaccreditation processes. Develop, implement, and monitor hospital SOPs, manuals, and policies as per NABH and other statutory guidelines. Conduct regular internal audits, clinical audits, and gap analysis for quality improvement. Train clinical and non-clinical staff on quality standards, documentation, and patient safety protocols. Coordinate hospital committees such as Quality, Infection Control, Medical Audit, and Ethics. Monitor key quality indicators (KQIs), patient satisfaction scores, and implement improvement plans. Ensure clinical documentation accuracy and support departments in compliance reporting. Maintain incident/near-miss tracking systems and oversee root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions. Collaborate with departments to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement (CQI). Handle external audits, liaison with accreditation bodies, and respond to compliance queries. Keep updated with regulatory changes and quality standards in the healthcare sector.
