Job Title: Fabric Quality Manager Job Summary: As a Fabric Quality Manager at Pranera Textiles, you will oversee the quality control and assurance processes for all knitted fabric production. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every fabric batch meets or exceeds company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with production, R&D, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor fabric quality control procedures at all stages of production. Inspect and test fabrics to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications. Coordinate with production and R&D teams to address quality-related concerns. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are upheld. Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and reduce defects. Train production staff on best practices in quality control and product standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in fabric quality control/quality assurance in a textile mill or similar environment. Strong knowledge of textile testing methods, fabric properties, and standards. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with sustainability and compliance requirements in textile manufacturing. Experience in Knitted Fabrics / Woven Fabric is a must. Knowledge in Man Made Fibers is an added advantage.
