Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the quality function across shared service operations. Your role will involve designing and implementing quality strategies, ensuring process excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead quality assurance teams, and utilize analytical tools to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting quality audits, analyzing data trends, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be tasked with building and monitoring dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards, driving Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating process benchmarking, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will oversee quality training programs, certification initiatives, and employee upskilling efforts, while preparing executive reports and providing recommendations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree (postgraduate preferred) and possess Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Having additional certifications such as Master Black Belt and Design Thinking will be advantageous. A minimum of 15 years of total experience, with 6-8 years in QA roles within Insurance, US Healthcare, F&A, or related domains, is required. You should also demonstrate proven expertise in managing large teams of 80-100+ FTEs. Desired skills for this position include proficiency in quality tools, problem-solving methodologies, and process improvement, as well as strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities. Hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management is essential, while familiarity with automation, AI/ML trends, and transformation tools is preferred. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid setup and managing geographically distributed teams. The work environment is described as fast-paced, within a matrix organization structure, and may involve coordination with international stakeholders across various time zones.,
