Quality Lead : Green Proposal

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. 
• Oversee the execution of test plans, analyze results, and identify defects. 
• Work closely with package Managers, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. 
• Manage and track defects using bug tracking tools, working with developers to resolve issues. 
• Monitor and report on project quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations. 
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Identify and assess project risks related to quality and develop mitigation strategies. 
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. 
• Motivate, coach, and mentor QA engineers, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes. 
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance. 
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and quality metrics.
