You will be part of our production department in the gear manufacturing unit as a quality inspector. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety standards of the company are followed and oversee the production process to maintain the quality of our products. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products, rejecting any items that do not meet our quality standards. You will need to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to comprehend product requirements, measure product dimensions using various tools, and compare the final product against the specifications. It will be your duty to suggest process improvements for better quality control, accurately document inspection results through detailed reports, and address any quality-related issues promptly. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in a quality department, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. A diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification is required, along with knowledge of MS Office. Strong mathematical and technical skills, as well as a solid grasp of quality control standards and testing techniques, are essential for this position.,
