Job Description
Conduct inspections of raw materials and verify supplier quality. Perform in process checks during various stages of production. Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications. Record and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner. Report any deviations or defects to the QC Supervisor and assist in root cause analysis. Ensure inspections tools and equipment are calibrated and functioning correctly. Maintain documentation such as checklists, test reports and rejection notes. Follow company procedures and quality and quality standards ( ISO, customer-specific etc) Support audit and compliance processes by providing necessary records.
