1.Inline & Outflow concerns Analysis & Action implementation 2.Customer Audit and Filed Reported issue analysis & immediate action 3.Solve Repeated and unsolved issue by initiating CFT 4.FTTQ Target achievement & Inline DPU Reduction 5.Daily all Quality gate concerns - Cause, Analysis & Action implementation 6.Concern analysis Report preparation , Expertise in Presentation & Excel 7.Manpower management, Quality Improvements to achieve Quality targets. 8.Conducting daily morning meeting to achieve SQCT targets 9.Finding Training needs of operators to develop multi-skills with Coordinating other teams 10.Analysis of internal and external customer complaints/audit issues, trend charts, action plan, co-ordination with external Department 11.Quality Standard Adherence & follow up 12.Handling and Part Storage Trolley audit and follow-up for continuous improvement 13.Evaluating Project stage Vehicle and solve Desing Failure issue.,
