Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Executive with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through lab testing, in-process quality checks, and compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct lab tests such as moisture content, ash content, fat analysis, etc. Operate and calibrate instruments used in quality checks. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all quality checks. Ensure implementation of FSSAI guidelines, GMP, and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the production team to maintain product consistency. Support internal audits and assist during third-party inspections. Desired Candidate Profile: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, and quality systems. Skilled in lab testing and analytical techniques. Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced production setup.
