Job Summary:

We are hiring a Quality Executive for a reputed client engaged in manufacturing railway connectors and industrial components for Indian Railways and European markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in materials, production processes, and final products.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

  • Conduct audits and document quality issues.

  • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain quality records, test results, and non-conformance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO and industry regulations.

  • Support documentation for certifications and audits.

Testing & Analysis:

  • Perform mechanical/electrical/environmental testing.

  • Analyze data and suggest product/process improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive quality improvements and best practices.

  • Train teams on quality procedures and standards.

Customer Focus:

  • Address client feedback and ensure specifications are met.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain client satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of QC tools, ISO 9001

  • Root Cause Analysis, CAPA

  • Testing and Inspection (mechanical/electrical)

  • Report writing & documentation

  • MS Office, ERP basics (if any)
