Should have basic knowledge on Duck creek Policy manual testing

Should have basic knowledge on functional rating and forms manual testing in Duck creek for Commercial Lines products

Should have working knowledge on writing test cases and executing the test cases

Should have knowledge on preparing different metrics such as traceability metrics causal analysis report etc

Should be able to provide estimation from QA point of view considering different QA processes

Should have basic knowledge on using any defect tracking tool

Should be able to write different test scenarios considering positive and negative impact on the functionality following business requirements

Should have knowledge on agile method of delivering items

Should be able to learn any Automation tool and execute the scripts as part of Automation testing

Should have good communication skills and should be able to interact with different stakeholders both internal and external

Should be able to provide clear status as per task assignments

Should have enthusiasm to explore new areas to fulfill project needs

Should be able to guide other team members for understanding QA processes in case of any need
