Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality control standards throughout the sheet metal press production process. Your primary duties will include overseeing the quality assurance team and processes for sheet metal production, as well as developing and implementing quality control protocols and procedures. Additionally, you will be required to conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for performing root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
