Job Description
Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for elevator systems. Conduct inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain documentation for quality assurance processes and certifications. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance during elevator installation and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to elevator performance. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance quality and efficiency. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design and manufacturing processes align with quality requirements. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective measures to address non-compliance issues. Training and Development: Train technicians on quality standards, inspection techniques, and troubleshooting procedures. Update team members on changes to quality policies or industry standards.
