Full job description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout our construction projects. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control plans. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards. Monitor and document all quality-related activities, including material testing, workmanship inspections, and non-conformance reports. Identify and address quality issues promptly and effectively. Oversee the testing of construction materials, such as concrete, steel, and soil, to ensure they meet required specifications. Review and interpret test results to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and project documentation. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and identify areas for improvement. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations. Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments. Promote a culture of safety and quality awareness among the project team. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction. Represent the company professionally and maintain positive relationships with clients. Requirement 3-4 years of experience in civil construction quality control and assurance. Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and industry standards.
