Job Description
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality meets our standards. You will also manage the calibration of measuring instruments to maintain accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. Following control plans and process control sheets will be essential in your role to maintain consistency and quality. Understanding drawings and being able to identify opportunities for improvement using methods such as kaizen and Poka Yoke will be part of your responsibilities. In addition to the technical aspects of the job, you will also be expected to address quality complaints promptly and effectively. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with a yearly bonus provided.
