Quality Development and Educational Trainer Responsibilities- Responsible for providing guidance, training, and support to teachers and school leaders to improve their skills and knowledge, ultimately benefiting student learning. Primary focus on various aspects of education, including classroom management, curriculum development, teaching strategies, and the use of technology in the classroom. Ability to develop training program, conducting training sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of training Serve as a mentor to educators, providing guidance and feedback beyond formal training session. Extend to fostering professional development and ongoing training to support educator progression. Key Skills Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions simultaneously. Experience with using digital tools for online training (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
