The responsibilities for quality control supervisors include training new employees on company procedures, policies, ethics, and safety measures. You will be responsible for determining and distributing work assignments, supervising projects, and ensuring that employees collaborate effectively. Monitoring employee performance, attendance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary will be part of your role. Regular audits of departments and production lines to ensure compliance with company standards will be required. Providing support and guidance to team members for effective duty performance is essential. Reviewing employee productivity and performance to meet clients" requirements or suggesting improvements to maintain quality standards are key responsibilities. Additionally, evaluating and recommending alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement is expected. This position is Full-time and suitable for Freshers.
