Job Title: Quality Check Executive Toys & DIY Kits (Non-Toxic Products) Location: [Insert City, e.g., Ahmedabad] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 to 3 Years Industry: Toy Manufacturing / DIY Scientific Kits / Sensory Toys Education: Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Check Executive to join our product manufacturing team specializing in DIY scientific kits, sensory toys, and slime kits. The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet the highest safety and quality standards, especially for non-toxic, child-safe toys. You will be responsible for inspecting materials and finished goods, maintaining quality records, and ensuring compliance with safety norms for toys targeted at children aged 3 to 14 years. Key Responsibilities Perform in-process and post-production quality checks on DIY kits, slimes, squishies, and sensory toys. Ensure all products adhere to internal and industry-specific quality standards, including non-toxic and child-safety norms. Monitor and inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Conduct regular testing for physical, chemical, and sensory parameters of products like slime and squishy kits. Document and report any defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues to the production and R&D teams. Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance and continuous improvement. Maintain quality logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation as per industry compliance. Coordinate with R&D, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of quality-checked products. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Check or Quality Assurance role, preferably in toy manufacturing, FMCG, chemistry-based products, or child-safe goods. Strong understanding of quality inspection tools, lab testing methods, and product safety standards. Familiarity with non-toxic material testing, especially relevant to products used by children. Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently. Good communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of DIY kits, slime kits, or toy production. Exposure to ISO, BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), or other regulatory guidelines for toys. Experience using quality check equipment and lab tools.
