As a Lead Automation Quality Engineer, you will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Testing or a related field to the table. Your expertise will encompass proficiency in testing tools like Jira, TestRail, Git, Appium, Selenium, Rest Assured, TestNG, Cucumber, CI/CD pipelines, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing automated testing tools to validate software products and applications, collaborating with programming languages like Java or Python, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, engaging in Agile process management methodology, effectively collaborating with remote teams across multiple countries, determining the appropriate automated testing tools for specific problem statements, conducting Performance & Security Testing, and demonstrating proficiency in using Linux/Unix commands. In addition to the above, you should possess qualifications such as a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Software Testing or a relevant industry, extensive knowledge of testing tools like Jira, TestRail, Git, Appium, Selenium, Rest Assured, TestNG, Cucumber, CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, experience with Agile process management methodology, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to select suitable automated testing tools for given problem statements, knowledge of Performance & Security Testing, familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, and experience with automation and MySQL/Mango Database will be considered a plus.
