Job Description & Areas of Responsibility Rubber Compound checking/testing like Rheo, Mooney, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Modulus, Din Abrasion, Specific Gravity Measurement & Hardness. In-process Inspection to be carried out; if there is any deviation, escalate the deviation and correct the issues. Tyre defect identification and do corrective Action. First piece of Approval if there is any change (Mould Change, Brand Change, or Core Change) Tyre Final inspection and Barcoding to be done. Tire Dimension measurement to be taken. Tyre thermocouple study and validate the cure time. New mould Trial and Improvement trial to be followed. Knowledge about 8D Problem Solving & CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action). Instrument calibrations and Maintain history card. Participate in QCC Circle and Kaizen Competition. SPC Monitoring for the Critical Parameters. Basic Awareness of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015). All Quality Documents to be maintain for future Reference. Maintain 5S Practice all over the factory and Do periodic Audit. Must have Computer Proficiency (MS Office). Job Competencies: Attitude: Positive Approach Qualification and Age: Diploma Polymer Technology / B. Tech in Polymer Engineering.
