Job Role : Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) Experience ( Manadatory ) : 5+ Yrs Contract Period: 2 years Work Model: Onsite Oman Visa & Tickets : Selected Visa and Tickets formalities will be borne by Client Responsibilities: Test, analyze, and ensure the quality of products, systems, or software. Work with business units to prepare test cases, plans, reports, and scripts. Execute manual and automated testing to ensure products meet quality standards and requirements. Log defects with evidence and report statuses to applicable stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality system procedures and assess quality and regulatory risks. Communicate with team members to resolve issues. Follow up with appropriate stakeholders when issues are identified. Provide training and assistance as needed. Overall Candidate Qualifications Experience: Candidates with experience in the insurance domain and prior involvement in TCS BaNCS implementation projects are preferred. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Education: Relevant academic qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
