Evoxify is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in manual and web testing to join our dynamic team at our Mohali, India office. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for detail, a strong commitment to software quality, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Roles and Responsibility: Perform manual testing of web applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and compatibility. Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and testing needs. Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, plans, and scenarios for various testing stages. Conduct regression, functional, and exploratory testing to ensure robust performance across platforms. Validate and verify fixes through rigorous retesting and impact analysis. Prepare detailed testing reports and documentation to provide insights into product quality. Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing, preferably with a focus on web applications. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser compatibility. Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail or equivalent. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
