Responsibilities Preparation of Certificate of Analysis for different customers. Handling of Product Complaint. Review of Purchase Orders and checking of Finished Product Consignment as per PO before dispatch. Conducting departmental trainings. Review of Good Laboratory Practices. Investigation of OOS. Vendor evaluation. Review of Deviation. Preparation and revision of raw materials and finished product specifications. Review and approval of Batch Production and Control Record. To release or reject each batch of finished product. To evaluate the quality and stability of the finished product. To establish shelf life and storage requirement on the basis of stability test related to storage conditions. To authorize change control and deviations. To plant and ensure internal quality audit and follow of corrective action. To investigate the market complaint and product failure.
