DESIGNATION: Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance

A: EXPECTATIONS: 

To take the organization to the next level of QMS. APQP Wind 4 certified is an added advantage.
Planning and control of Functional activities
Meeting / exceeding customers expectations
To play an important role for customer approvals, succeeding customers audits & closing the Non- conformities observed by the customer.
Understanding & meeting customer specific requirements, Review of same in QMS documentation
Continuity in Certification: ISO 9001:2015. Added advantage having exposure to OHSAS Certification.
Work close with NPD activities in doing Layout Inspection reports, Process flow diagram, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PFMEA etc.
Work on Variation reduction projects.
Take initiative in Quality improvements by using different QC tools
Co-ordination: Improvement project

QUALIFICATION: BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/ Metallurgy / Production / Automobile

EXPERIENCE: BE: min 12-15 years

D: SKILLS:

1) Technical:

1.Knowledge of manufacturing in Thread Rolled, Cold and Hot Forged Fasteners Manufacturing- Studs, Bolts, Nuts, Heat Treatment, coating/plating, inspection & packing of components
2.Process knowledge like Peeling, grinding, lapping /turning, Forging etc.
3.Inspection & Testing
4.In depth knowledge of standards like IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS, REACH, RoHS, TPM, VDA 6.3, CQI 9,11,12
5.Understanding and meeting CSR and documenting them in QMS
6.SAP-QM module

LOCATION:  Near Thane-Bhiwandi-Wada-Palghar
                  Company Bus facility available from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali, Badlapur, Virar.
