Job Description
You are an experienced QA Lead with 5-8 years of experience, responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for mobile applications, ATM applications, and websites. Your role involves developing and executing test plans, writing comprehensive test cases, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Your key responsibilities include leading testing efforts, developing detailed test cases, executing various types of testing, analyzing logs, collaborating with stakeholders, developing QA strategies, mentoring junior team members, and providing regular status reports on testing progress. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5-8 years of software quality assurance experience, proficiency in writing test cases and executing different types of testing, familiarity with QA tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Preferred skills include experience with automated testing tools like Selenium and Appium, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and experience working in Agile environments.,
