This position is part of the Technology & Delivery organization and you will be reporting to a Tech Lead or Tech PM. The division manages customer deliveries for client projects, product development activities, R&D activities, framework development, IP development, platform creation, and global product building. The work location is in Pune (Baner) with flexibility for work from the office. You will join a team of technologists working on building a product platform for the manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include Testing, Automation, Selenium, Java, building a web application client, and creating reusable components and functionalities across the product platform. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role focusing on Java and Selenium. - Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver. - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit. - Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test case management. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration tools like Jenkins. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and solutions effectively.
