Think you have what it takes to be the magic ingredient in the recipe that is Licious Read on What makes the role meaty Quality Control & Inspection: Assist in conducting quality checks on Live animal. Monitor compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs. Perform organoleptic and physicochemical testing of raw and processed products. Documentation & Reporting: Support in maintaining quality records and documentation as per FSSAI and internal standards. Assist in preparing reports on quality deviations and non-conformances. Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols across production and packaging units. Participate in internal audits and inspections. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality practices and suggest corrective actions. Collaborate with the QA team on continuous improvement projects What makes the role meaty Graduation or Post-graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field Basic knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP) Familiarity with quality control and testing procedures in the meat industry is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting,
