CapItAll is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to take charge of QA responsibilities, oversee test planning and automation, validate cloud-based releases, and ensure top-notch product quality through effective collaboration and precision. CapItAll is a platform dedicated to simplifying business operations by offering services in Project Management, Workflow Automation, Compliance, Audit Management, and AI-powered documentation. The company's goal is to provide innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and promote seamless collaboration within organizations. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at CapItAll, you will be required to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA encompassing both manual and automation testing. You should have prior experience in managing QA teams consisting of 5-7 members and possess a strong grasp of QA methodologies and software lifecycle, particularly in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficiency in creating and managing test plans, test cases, and quality documentation is essential. Hands-on experience with API and UI testing, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as TypeScript and Python, is required. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Playwright, Pytest, or similar tools is a plus. Additionally, knowledge of AWS, device testing, object-oriented design, and tools like Bitbucket, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and Postman is beneficial. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail are crucial for this role. A BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent field is preferred. Your responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Engineer will include leading QA efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, planning and executing QA activities throughout the R&D process, validating new product features and cloud releases, managing QA documentation, test cases, reports, and metrics, collaborating with software/product teams for test planning and bug triage, investigating and resolving client issues, overseeing automation engineers working on cloud and device testing, presenting quality KPIs and metrics to leadership, and contributing to hands-on QA tasks based on team priorities. This position is based in New Delhi and requires working from the office. The interview process comprises three rounds: the first round with the Technical Manager, the second round with the Cofounder, and the third round focusing on Culture Fitment.
