Job Description
Lead - Quality Assurance & Control
The Lead - Quality Assurance & Control will have the following key roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and metrics
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and control
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Control roles within the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated track record of implementing quality standards and control processes
- Experience in leading and managing a team of Quality Assurance professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Master's degree in Quality Management or related field (preferred)
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Thorough understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in the Real Estate industry
