Job Description
You are a highly skilled QA Automation Lead with expertise in Java Selenium, API automation, and the ability to lead a small team of Quality Engineers (QEs). Your role involves designing and maintaining automated test frameworks, working in Agile environments, and ensuring the highest quality standards through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your technical skills include strong expertise in Java Selenium, proficiency in UI and API testing with mandatory API automation experience, ability to design and maintain automated test frameworks, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and deep understanding of test strategies and best practices. You have hands-on experience with REST API testing tools like Postman and RestAssured, strong debugging and analytical skills, proficiency with Jenkins for automation, and exposure to Azure is a plus. In terms of leadership and collaboration, you can mentor and lead a small team of QEs, collaborate effectively with Staples associates and product managers, and possess strong communication and visual presentation skills.,
