Job Description
Assistant Manager - Quality
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for precast concrete products
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Analyze and interpret quality data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes
- Provide technical expertise and support for precast design and production teams
- Lead and participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Conduct training programs for production and quality control staff to enhance quality awareness and skills
- Prepare quality reports and communicate key metrics to management
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of quality excellence within the organization
- Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is highly desirable
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the precast industry
