Job Summary: We are looking for a QA Analyst to assess product quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.You must be competent in executing test cases and must be passionate about quality.Ultimately, you will ensure that our products and applications work seamlessly and give a great user experience. Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Review and analyze product specifications. Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures. Prepare all reports related to product testing carried out. Ensure that all testing related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures. Person should have good knowledge of JIRA, be aware of mobile app testing, and basic SEO knowledge. Carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements. Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results. Create logs to document testing phases and defects. Report bugs and errors to development teams or relevant teams. To create test case documentation, defect reports, traceability matrix, and retrospect document. Should be able to work in an agile environment. Should have knowledge about functional testing and basic knowledge of automation testing is an advantage. Eventually, to help deliver bug-free user friendly products. To ensure that the existing projects are running smoothly by regularly checking them through automation testing. To be a team player.
