Job Description

You are a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with a strong background in manual testing, responsible for ensuring that products meet high standards of quality and reliability before release. With around 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and document software defects. Your key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure software quality and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria, perform various types of testing, identify and report software defects, develop testing documentation, conduct root cause analysis, and continuously improve testing processes. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in manual software testing. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, bug-tracking and test management tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Effective communication, teamwork abilities, and familiarity with API testing and SQL are preferred skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
