Position Overview: Accusharp Cutting Tools is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting tools and manufacturing processes. Freshers with the right educational background and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Conduct quality control tests using tools and instruments such as Calo tests and Rockwell hardness tests. Maintain records of quality checks and inspection reports. Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor and ensure adherence to material and surface characterization protocols. Utilize SolidWorks for basic design reviews related to quality aspects. Support shift-based production schedules and ensure timely reporting of quality metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Education: ITI, Diploma, BSc, or 12th Science. Knowledge: Basic understanding of cutting tools and their applications. Familiarity with material and surface characterization. Proficiency in SolidWorks is a plus. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in rotating shifts. Additional Details: Salary: As per interview performance and experience. Location: MIDC, Bhosari, Pune.
