As a Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and developing Test Frameworks, detailed test plans, and automation test strategy based on product requirements. You will participate in functional, regression, load, and system testing, ensuring completeness of test case coverage, running automation tests, and monitoring results. Additionally, you will mentor the automation team and have experience in automation testing for WEB, Mobile, and API. Your key responsibilities will include performing hands-on automation testing, creating test plans, identifying automation opportunities, building testing frameworks for end-to-end scenarios, and maintaining functional automated test suites. You will constantly evaluate the test automation strategy, build and automate tracking systems for quality metrics, participate in release planning and product roll out, and ensure that software applications conform to stated requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery processes and tools, as well as a solid understanding of Agile practices, will be beneficial. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
