Job Description

As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for various aspects of research projects including proposal writing, development of research instruments, content analysis, report preparation, project management, time management, client management, collaboration, and professional skill development. You will prepare proposals according to the brief provided, ensuring they include the need for study, objective of study, research approach, methodology, research design elements, and sample plans. Additionally, you will develop research instruments such as discussion guides, research stimulus materials, and secondary market information. Your role will also involve summarizing collected data in a structured manner to provide clear and insightful input for presentations. You should have the ability to prepare topline reports, draft presentations, and present findings to clients when required. In terms of project management, you will be responsible for project setup, execution, and commercial management. This includes planning and prioritizing project activities, ensuring study prerequisites are communicated clearly, finalizing estimates, costing, and budgets, and coordinating with project management to ensure the smooth flow of projects. You must have excellent time management skills to adhere to timelines, follow up with relevant teams, and ensure project timelines are met. The ability to multitask and manage/supervise multiple projects simultaneously is essential for this role. Client management is a key aspect of the position, requiring you to independently manage clients for routine matters, attend client meetings, and provide insights. Collaboration within the team and other departments is also important for successful project outcomes. Furthermore, you should take initiative in upgrading your professional skills for personal growth and the organization's betterment.
