Job Description :QC Senior Executive are seeking a highly motivated Quality professional at Fan hospitality Pvt Ltd. Role requires active participation implementing food safety management systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements for base kitchen. In this role, you will support the leadership team with thorough understanding of quality assurance safety technology, testing and auditing documentation, data collection and analysis and knowledge transfer. You will provide team leadership to find solutions for food safety and quality concerns. Principle Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Quality Control: Quality Standards: Establishing and maintaining quality standards for ingredients, processes, and final products. Quality Control Processes: Implementing procedures for inspection, testing, and sampling at various production stages. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of quality tests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Audits and Assessments: Conducting internal audits to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Analysing data and feedback to enhance processes and product quality. Food Safety Compliance: Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, national, and food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI in India). Training and Education: Educating staff on food safety protocols, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements. Recall Procedures: Establishing protocols for product recalls in case of contamination or safety issues. Supplier Management: Supplier Audits: Evaluating and auditing ingredient suppliers to ensure their compliance with quality and safety standards. Specification Compliance: Ensuring that suppliers meet specifications for raw materials and ingredients. Traceability: Establishing traceability systems to track ingredients from suppliers through production to the finished product. New Product Testing: Conducting trials and tests for new finished products or variations. Training and Development: Employee Training: Conducting regular training sessions to reinforce food safety practices and quality standards. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry trends, new regulations, and technological advancements in food safety. Candidate: 3+ years of proven experience in Quality and Food Safety in Food / restaurant / food processing industry Verbal and written communication, analysis, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving Preferred Qualifications 1. Educational : Bachelors Degree in Food technology or Microbiology only 2. Trainings :Fostac Training mandatory ,HACCP trained 3.
