Greetings All Job Title: QC Lab Technician (Construction) Location: Kollur Site, Hyderabad Department: Quality Control Reports To: QA/QC Engineer / Project Manager Job Summary: Responsible for conducting material testing and quality checks for construction materials at site and lab, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct laboratory and on-site tests on concrete, cement, aggregates, sand, water, and steel Prepare and test concrete cubes, report compressive strength results Perform field tests: slump test, compaction factor, sieve analysis, moisture content Maintain accurate records of test results and report any deviations to QA/QC Engineer Ensure calibration of testing equipment and upkeep of lab inventory Assist in quality audits and maintain documentation for compliance Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean lab environment Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Material Testing 13 years of experience in construction material testing Familiar with IS codes, ASTM standards, and site safety practices Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Job Title: Batching Plant Technician (Construction) Location: Batching Plant /Kollur Site, Hyderabad Department: Plant & Machinery / Operations Reports To: Plant In-Charge / Project Engineer Job Summary: Responsible for operating the batching plant and ensuring quality and timely production of concrete as per the mix design and site requirements. Key Responsibilities: Operate batching plant (manual or automated) to prepare concrete as per mix design Accurately weigh and mix raw materials (cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, water) Ensure consistency in mix quality and monitor real-time plant data Coordinate with QA/QC and site engineers for dispatch and concrete delivery schedules Maintain plant records: daily production logs, raw material usage, maintenance checklists Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance of plant equipment Ensure all safety measures and protocols are followed during plant operations Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering 24 years of experience in RMC/construction site batching operations Familiar with plant software (SCADA/PLC preferred) and weighing systems Understanding of mix design and material handling safety norms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
