Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and certified QC Inspectors (Welding & Painting) for onshore Oil & Gas projects in the UAE. This is a dual-discipline role requiring strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in both welding and painting/coating inspections, aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of welding activities including WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.

• Inspect surface preparation, painting, and coating applications as per BGAS/NACE standards.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and international standards.

• Coordinate with construction and QA/QC teams for inspection-related activities.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports and NCRs.

• Monitor non-conformances and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

• Liaise with client representatives and participate in QA/QC meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid CSWIP Certification (Welding Inspection).

• Valid BGAS or NACE Certification (Painting/Coating Inspection).

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Prior experience in the GCC region is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASME, AWS, ISO, SSPC, BS, NACE).

• Proficient in QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and audits.

Skills Required:

• Dual-discipline expertise in Welding and Painting/Coating Inspection.

• Deep understanding of quality control processes and safety compliance.

• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
