Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Analyze quality data and report non-conformance or trends.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality problems.
- Perform audits of suppliers and internal processes.
- Provide training to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection instruments.
