Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Engineer Civil to join our growing team at project sites in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of materials and workmanship as per drawings, specifications, and standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect all civil construction activities to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare and maintain quality checklists, method statements, and QA/QC documentation. Conduct cube tests, slump tests, and coordinate with third-party testing labs. Inspect finishing works like plaster, tiling, painting, flooring, etc. Ensure that construction work follows project drawings, specifications, and codes. Maintain records of all inspections and test results. Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate with Site Engineers and Contractors to resolve quality issues. Requirements: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2 to 4 years of QC experience in civil construction projects (residential/industrial/commercial). Knowledge of concrete mix design, testing, and finishing work quality parameters. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Familiarity with IS codes and civil QA/QC practices.
