Job Description
Perform in-process and final inspections of packaging machine parts and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications. Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional tests on components, assemblies, and finished products. Identify and report non-conformities, deviations, and defects in materials or workmanship during production. Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit results and quality analysis. Perform root cause analysis in case of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, audits, and quality reports. In-depth knowledge of quality control tools, testing methods, and techniques (root cause analysis). Knowledge of packaging machinery components, systems, and manufacturing processes is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
