Engineer -QC and Production, 2-4 yrs, Pune JOB TITLE : ENGINEER-QC& PRODUCTION LOCATION : PUNE SALARY SCALE: 25-35K QUALIFICATION : B. TECH/ B.E/DIPLOMA, MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE : 2-4 YRS JOB SUMMARY We are looking for the post of Engineer QC for driving ,QC & Production activities.You will be the single point contact for all the quality related activities. Candidates with industrial experience are preferred. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To implement Quality standards as per as per GMP as well as CGMP Guidelines To implement and run ISO Activities To generate and maintain preset standards for overall activities of production and execution Overall control of all documentations running at site, shop floor and client side for particular projects To question and guide all QC related activities and for the concerned document generation. Well versed with Orbital welding, Borescope , passivation , hydrotesting and electropolishing procedures Conduct FAT and related test as per protocol Understanding Clients Needs and Technical Clarification and Evaluation KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge of understanding Process P&ID, GA and Layouts Deep understanding in ASME BPE, Process Piping as per ASME 313 Standards Experience in GMP Piping for Pharma, food industry Ability to communicate confidently and clearly to clients, with excellent customer service ethics Proficiency in common software productivity tools including MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc. Knowledge of ISO Activities and Documentation requirement knowledge Strong organizational and follow up skills Industry experience is required Proficiency in language English, Hindi Male Candidate Preferred NDT Level -II as well as additional Certification will be an added advantage Industry: Engineering Consulting Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resumes to amarragi@affable.in or contact 9048151003 Job Type: Full-time Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
