Job Title: QA/QC Manager Location: Manesar, Gurgaon Industry:- HVAC Manufacturing Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee the quality assurance and quality control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company objectives. This role involves managing a team, conducting audits, and collaborating with other departments to achieve continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO and other relevant standards. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control procedures throughout the production process. Lead internal and external quality audits, inspections, and assessments. Establish and enforce quality standards, policies, and procedures. Provide training to employees on quality management systems and best practices. Investigate quality-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges and improve processes. Manage a team of quality inspectors and engineers, providing leadership and mentorship. Maintain documentation and reports related to quality performance and audits. Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding quality matters. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-8 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in quality management tools and software. Experience in managing audits and handling customer complaints.
