Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA/QC Manager located in Vadodara. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the highest quality of products. The daily tasks include developing and implementing quality control procedures, supervising the QA/QC team, conducting inspections and audits, and liaising with other departments to integrate quality management systems. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in conducting inspections and audits Ability to develop and implement quality control procedures Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field Previous experience in the manufacturing or fastener industry is a plus,
