Job Role : QA/QC Head Experience : 10 to 15 years Loctaion: Mumbai Job summary The QA/QC Head is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in all construction projects within the company. This role involves overseeing quality assurance and control processes, developing quality management strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Quality Management System Development: Develop and implement an effective Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to real estate projects, ensuring it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Project Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, conducting routine inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and national regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure implementation within project practices. Team Leadership and Development: Lead the QA/QC team by providing guidance, training, and supervision, fostering a culture of quality consciousness across all project teams. Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify quality defects and deviations from standards, coordinating corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to address and prevent recurrence. Software Proficiency: MS-Office Key Requirements Experience: 10-15 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the real estate or construction industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field. Relevant certifications in quality management are a plus. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a QA/QC team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong understanding of construction processes and quality assurance methodologies.
